1. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No Personal Data: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or location data.
• No Chat Storage: All messages and translations are E2E encrypted, transient, and never stored on our servers.

2. User IDs

• Auto-generated anonymous IDs (e.g., "SunflowerTiger456") are assigned to users. These IDs are random and generic but not tied to real identities.

3. Encryption & Security

• E2E Encryption: All chats are encrypted end-to-end. Messages are untraceable and inaccessible to ChatBriefly or third parties.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share data with third parties, including translation providers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Automatic Deletion: All chat links and content are permanently deleted within 48 hours of creation. Users may extend this period manually.
• No Backups: No copies of chats are retained after deletion.

5. Legal Compliance

• No Data Disclosure: We cannot disclose user data, even to authorities, as we do not store or access it. Exceptions apply only if required by law for specific, limited purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Users under 13 are prohibited. Contact us to report underage use.
